DWI
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Shareatha N. Patterson, 38, 910 Jefferson St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
- Thomas J. Easley, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Robert J. Beltran Jr., 53, 1543 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons
- Andrea C. Pavone, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation.
Property damage
- A vehicle window was reported damaged at 822 S. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
- Violation of an order of protection was reported.
- Forgery was reported.
- An animal bite was reported at 1721 Montgomery St.
- Counterfeiting was reported at OneMain Financial, 3441 William St.
- A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
