The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Kendal Charles Deason, 23, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in one lane.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of property damage.
* Chelsy Marie Koons, 19, Sedalia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Ombra Clay Dockery, 21, 28 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and robbery.
* Jessica Nicole Page, 22, 110 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Samantha M. Stacy, 28, 110 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Tierra Lyn Johnson, 23, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for a revoked operator's license.
* Angelina Faye Whitney, 22, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of 121 S. Sprigg St.
* Salameh Abdulla Massarweh, 45, 123 Albert St., was arrested two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for excessive weed growth.
* A subject was in custody, pending the filing of formal charges, on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Johnny Ray Bland, 23, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for nonsupport.
* Christopher R. Gemoules, 25, 2843 Whitener St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.
Summonses
* Kristopher H. Brammer, 36, 420 Morgan St., Jackson, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
* Charlene L. Pieper, 62, 408 S. Hanover St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of a brush pile and failure to maintain containers to prevent scattering of trash.
* Levi R. Horman, 18, 251 C St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
Assaults
* Domestic assault with property damage and tresspassing was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3 N. Henderson Ave.
* Watches, a back pack, cell phone, rosary and assorted hats were reported stolen at 202 S. Pacific St.
* A bicycle, stereo, Xbox, iPod dock, a shotgun and clothing were reported stolen at 205 S. Pacific St.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a gasoline theft.
* An iPod and accessories were reported stolen at 439 S. Spring Ave.
* Centenary Methodist Church, 300 N. Ellis St., reported money stolen.
Property Damage
* Pyramid Home Health, 18 N. Main St., reported a phone line box spray painted.
* A vehicle window was reported broken out at 1105 Independence St.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged, where an iPod was reported stolen.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 909 Jefferson Ave.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported.
* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Prohibited acts were reported.
