The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher J. Wilson, 30, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on a Calloway County, Ky., warrant for driving while revoked.

* Eric L. Thomas, 33, 1226 Harmony St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Roshunda A. McCloud, 25, 1116 Cousin St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fine for littering and failure to appear for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Julius W. Grant, 37, 924 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Burglary

* Burglary, damaged door frame and door lock and theft of clothing, a television and an Xbox 360 were reported at 716 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Theft of a debit card was reported at 1848 Westridge Drive.

* Theft of a checkbook, folder and cash was reported at 1966 Randol Ave.

Property damage

* Grafitti on a building was reported at 118 N. Middle St.

Summonses

* Sarah L. Keller, no age given, 2760 Lynwood Hills, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Joshua W. Gay, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Brian R. Ulen, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red signal.

* James M. Seabaugh, 30, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for animal leash law violation.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* A license plate was reported lost at North Silver Springs Road and Whitener Street.

* An animal bite was reported at 2917 La Mesa Drive.
