CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert E.L. Myers IV, 21, 1423 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, failure to use headlights and revoked operator's license.

* Terry L.J. Zoellner, 48, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* William C. Birkman, 29, 114 S. Benton St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.

* Demontrae D. Hill, 17, 220 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicioun of stealing, resisting arrest and assault on an officer.

* Danny D. Sanders, 62, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Dante L. Criddle, 21, 723 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

* Jackie D. Conklin III, 25, 1272 County Road 611, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Sue A. Taylor, 37, 1448 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked.

Assaults

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Assault was reported at 413 S. Hanover St.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of copper were reported at 803 Independence St.

* Burglary and theft of firearms were reported at 3006 Wisteria Drive.

Thefts

* Theft of a wallet and its contents was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Theft of a firearm was reported at 824 Good Hope St.

* Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 2115 William St.

* Theft of a bicycle was reported at 114 S. West End Blvd.

* Amerimart, 1320, W. Cape Rock Drive, reported cash taken and armed criminal action.

* Theft was reported.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 2007 Southern Expressway.

* Property damage and unlawful use of weapon were reported.

* Property damage was reported at Plaza Galleria.

* Damage to a vehicle and trespassing were reported at 200 Minnesota Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 1415 N. Spanish St.

* Abandoned vehicle and failure to stop at a steady red light was reported at 1700 Bessie St.

* Interference with custody was reported.
