The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

* Karmon D. Keese, 19, 1810 New Madrid St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* John R. Mitchell III, 32, 16 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for parole violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

Summonses

* Chikuita Lemon, 38, 520 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons for nuisance declared by failure to renew license plates.

* Jeremy L. Taylor, 39, 521 S. Middle St., was issued a summons for a liquor-law violation and having an open container.

Burglaries

* Burglary and the theft of identification cards were reported at 103 S. West End Blvd.

* Burglary and the theft of a laptop computer, television and Xbox 360 were reported at 1101 N. Spanish St.

Robbery

* Robbery was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2810 Whitener St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 54 Rivercrest Drive.

* A door was reported damaged at 1432 N. Water St.

Thefts

* A laptop computer and laptop computer bag were reported stolen at 1110 S. Sprigg St.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported food stolen.

* Prestige Development LLC reported a window air-condition unit stolen at 329 N. Main St.

* Checks were reported stolen at 3018 Aspen Drive.

* A trailer with lawn mowers was reported stolen at 2818 Independence.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported stealing.

* A push mower was reported stolen at 525 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of credit/debit device was reported.

* A 46-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Two 24-year-old men were taken into protective custody.
