The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Phillip A. Westrich, 24, 295 Hawks Landing, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Joshua J. Witcher, 27, of Delta, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Lydia L. Lockridge, 23, 5025 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Tamara S. Flemon, 36, 330 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for no operator's license.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Clayton C. Leming, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Blaze C. Schrieber, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summonses

* Shawn D. Mitchell, 46, 1450 Pemiscot St., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Wendy L. Lamont, 47, 330 N. Pacific St., received a summons for a nuisance violation and failure to keep property free of litter.

Assault

* Two counts of domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Theft

* A laptop computer, digital camera, Wii, iPod nano and money were reported stolen at 1525 Parksite Drive.

Property damage

* Golden Goose Antiques, 2 N. Lorimier St., reported a business sign and sign frame damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A 32-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
