The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of a violation of an order of protection.

* Latoya N. Hogard, 20, 1260 Marilyn Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Kaitlyn M. Miller, 20, 1260 Marilyn Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Corris R. Tabb, 52, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for no operator's license.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was arrested pending formal charges for stealing food and an assault at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Adrienne L. Proffer, 28, 1441 N. Water St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing at Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Caleb K. Lane, 22, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Ovell Brown Jr., 33, 433 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with an arrest and not having a driver's license.

* Shawn L. Owens, 21, 617 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing earings at Macy's, 3049 William Street.

* Kelly M. Seabaugh, 32, Route W 173, No. 102, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.

* Robert B. Lowe, 40, of Scott City was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a probation violation.

* Brandon L. Lundmark, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks.

* Brandon C. Wadlow, 33, 391 Rolling Hills Drive, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for a probation violation.

Summonses

* Frederick H. Finnell, 49, of Jackson was issued a summons for high weeds at 300 Mill St.

* David N. Bolin, 52, of Neelyville, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property at 513 William St. free of grass and weeds.

* Stephen K. Lentz, 36, 609 Bellevue St., Apt. A, received a summons for a leash law violation.

Assaults

* Assault, two counts of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive and 3439 William St.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Child molestation/abuse was reported.

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

Thefts

* A truck and food were reported stolen by Gourmet Foods, 1249 S. Kingshighway.

* A bag was reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A blue scooter was reported stolen at 1127 S. Ellis St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1101 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of three televisions, a DVD player and video game systems was reported at 1955 Briarwood Drive.

Property damage

* A windshield and driver's side window on an excavator at North Main and Mason streets were reported damaged by Eastern Missouri Industries of Jackson.

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 333 N. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
