The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Isaac Jan Powers, 19, 906 Aspen Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Theon Donte Mackins, 25, 926 College St., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Dejuan Iquise McClung, 23, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Kiaira Jackee Sayles, 21, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of child abuse.

* Timothy J. Hackney, 18, of Mound City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Donald Ray Sides, 56, 317 S. Spring Ave., received a summons for a declared nuisance.

Thefts

* A credit card theft was reported.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of gasoline theft.

* Sunglasses, a gun and money were reported stolen at 609 Broadway.

* An orange and black bicycle was reported stolen at 130 Green Acres.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 520 N. Fountain St.

* Budget Inn reported four pillows and two blankets stolen.

Burglary

* Storage sheds were reported broken into and a bucket, tents, a lawn chair, a push mower, a generator, a chain saw, a leaf blower and a tool box were reported stolen at 820 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* A 54-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Attempted forcible rape was reported.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
