* Lameeka A. Waters, 28, 208 N. Pacific St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
* Chalanda L. Brown, 39, 211 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of hindering a prosecution.
* Kristopher Lynn-Malik Taylor, 21, 909 Hackberry St. Apt. 205, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts and no driver's license.
* Brandon J. Cole, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Heather R. Taylor, 36, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Michael O. Smith, 41, 1019 Village Lane, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.
* Chelsea R. Pulliam, no age given, 364 County Road 657, was issued a summons for driving with an expired license and following too close.
* Thomas R. Gillespie, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
* Mary A. Cruse, 74, 1720 Oak Hills Dive, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Third-degree assault was reported at Perry and Pemiscot streets.
* Burglary and theft of a laptop computer were reported at 233 Middle St.
* Burglary and a damaged window were reported at 2808 Themis St.
* Burglary and theft of a laptop computer, iPad, speakers and iPhone 4S were reported at 353 N. Park Ave.
* Burglary and a damaged door screen were reported at 801 S. Pacific St.
* Burglary and theft of a TV were reported at 713 N. Sprigg St.
* Burglary and theft of a PlayStation 3 and TV were reported at 1603 Mississippi St.
* Theft of jewelry and a damaged door were reported at 1224 Jefferson Ave.
* Theft of checks was reported at 2563 Ranchito Drive.
* Theft of license plates was reported at 414 N. West End Blvd.
* Theft of a lawn mower was reported at 1803 Montgomery St.
* The window and trunk of a vehicle were reported damaged at 219 S. Middle St.
* Graffiti on a city wall was reported at North Kingshighway and Lexington Avenue.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 4161 Hopper Road.
* A vehicle was reported as accidentally damaged at 1720 Kingsway Drive.
* Property damage was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
* Assist other agency was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A 14-year-old black female, black hair, brown eyes, 5'3'' and 135 lbs. was reported as a missing or runaway juvenile.
* Fraud was reported at 407 N. Kingshighway.
