The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Michael A. Stearns, 23, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Derric L. Trandel, 20, of Wonder Lake, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

* Roger W. Poole Sr., 51, 640 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for harassment.

* Charlton Perez, 21, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and resisting arrest.

* Robin Johnson, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Benny Savage, 46, 316 Independence St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Summonses

* Chelsea C. Roberts, 17, 342 Hillvale Drive, received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Dennis K. Davis, 60, 1018 Villa Lane, received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Bryce T. Max, 22, 192 Rolling Hills Drive, received a summons for assault.

* Hillary G. Jackson, 60, 121 N. Henderson Ave., received a summons for property damage.

* Clemmie L. Lane, 40, 1403 William St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Jennifer S. Edwards, no age given, 1112 West Mount Drive, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

* Makayla L. Johnson, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* An attempted burglary was reported at 206 Minnesota Ave.

* A burglary and the theft of a bicycle and DVDs were reported at 832 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 815 Bellevue St.

* Theft was reported at Middle and William streets.

* Theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* The theft of a motor vehicle was reported on South Henderson Avenue.

* License plates were reported stolen on 515 N. Broadview St.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported at 815 Bellevue St.

* Property damage was reported at 2714 Luce St.

* Southeast Hospital, 1701 Lacey St., reported property damage.

Miscellaneous

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for inhalation of a solvent at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at 3018 Aspen Drive.

* Harassment, peace disturbance and being beyond parental control was reported at 1327 N. West End Blvd.

* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
