The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Donald William London Jr., 49, 51 Hazel St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and a peace disturbance.

* Sean Clemon, 41, 121 East Rodney Drive, No. C4, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* James Donald Brown, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of misusing 911.

* Tyrone Deberry, 32, 2613 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while license revoked and resisting arrest.

* Galen Lamar Osbourne, 22, 1804 New Madrid St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A juvenile, age not given, was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage at 1021 S. Pacific St.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Attempted kidnapping

* An attempted kidnapping was reported.

Thefts

* Three purses were reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield St., where three cars were also reported damaged.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
