Arrests

  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
  • Brittnee L. Davis, 17, 1116 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting/interfering with arrest.
  • Brett Wayne Davis, 24, no address given, was arrested on a warrant of commitment.
  • Deandre Demar Banks, 19, no address given, and Hunt Tevyn Wright, 18, no address given, were arrested on suspicion of a false report.
  • Sherita L. Sanders, 24, 714 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Clinton J. Foore, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Kayla M. Edmonds, 25, of Hillsboro, Missouri, and Victoria M. Holderbaugh, 21, of Jackson were issued summonses for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Markeeis L. Heard, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for third-degree assault.
  • Evert S. Montgomery, 29, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for having vehicles in city parks.

  • Theft of money and food and trespassing were reported at 316 S. Lorimier St.
  • Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway.
  • State registration was reported stolen at 2613 Gardenia Lane.
  • Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 1431 N. Henderson Ave.
  • A cord, charger, cigarettes and tools were reported stolen at 1449 Themis St.
  • A leaf blower was reported stolen at 1451 Whitener St.
  • A theft was reported at 891 N. Kingshighway.
  • Theft from a motor vehicle and property damage were reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Earrings were reported stolen at 1094 Linden St.
