Arrests

  • Jerrry L.C. Warren Jr., 32, 17 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
  • Gary L. Lunsford, 65, 1928 Delwin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
  • Kevin L. Kirkwood, 29, 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • Ebony I. Johnson, 18, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Joshua W. Wilson, 39, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Brandon N. Jones, 28, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Lexia L. Smith, 21, and James E. Macklin, 21, both of 2813 Whitener St., were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Robert D. Taylor, 31, 1014 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for trespassing.
  • Renee L. Brown, 45, 908 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and trespassing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

  • Teresa L. Reiss, no age given, of Maryland Heights, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
  • Mindi L. Brown, 27, of Patterson, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • George L. Jones III, 26, of Portageville, Missouri, was issued a summons for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and expired registration.
  • William M. Corruthers of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no valid operator's license.
  • Gina L. Crowley of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully parked vehicle.

  • A chain saw, water tank, weed eater, air compressor, generator and flat bed trailers were reported stolen at 2913 S. Sprigg St.
  • Painting stilts were reported stolen.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.
