Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting/interfering with arrest, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Ashley J. Chop, 26, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Jordan D. White, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting/interfering with arrest.

* Taylor L. Fox, 21, of Tulsa, Okla., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* David G. Farris, II, 24, of Essex, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

* Mark D. Carnell, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Michelle M. Guerra, 44, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Robert J. Reynolds, 29, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for kidnapping.
