The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* James O. Evans Jr., 58, 1332 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of failure to stop at a stop sign and no driver's license.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
* Tanisha R. Dunigam, 24, 922 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* Joshua M. Vaughn, 24, 2842 Independence St., No. 17, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Timothy C. Duffey, 48, 1800 William St., received a summons for assault.
* Wendy L. Trapp, 33, of Jackson received a summons for trespassing.
* Roshunda A. McCloud, 24, 714 S. Ellis St., received a summons for placement of waste containers.
* Marsha A. Brown, 39, 540 S. Frederick St., rear, received a summons for open container in public.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A burglary and theft were reported at 11 N. Benton St.
* A burglary and theft was reported.
* A burglary was reported.
* Robbery, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm were reported.
* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 2806 Independence St.
* A theft was reported at 16 S. Silver Springs Road.
* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 1092 Linden St.
* A barbecue grill was reported stolen at 730 Good Hope St.
* Damage to a metal door was reported at 1305 Broadway.
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.
* An animal bite was reported at 3120 Themis St.
* Child abuse was reported.
* A 35-yer-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Forgery was reported.
* A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Trespassing was reported.
