The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* William C.E. Jaquin, 18, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, expired registration, driving while license revoked, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Charles J. Tauser, 56, 316 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 11, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for two counts of failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for indecent exposure.
* Michael D. Morgan Jr., 31, of Milwaukee was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, property damage, resisting/interfering with arrest, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and no license plate lights.
* Christopher L. Sparks, 29, 1000 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute, resisting arrest and tampering with physical evidence.
* Amber D.M. Pinkerton, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Jamorris B. Nunley, 31, 610 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for unlicensed vehicle and driving while revoked.
* Darryl K. Middleton, no age given, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for following too close.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged on North Hanover Street.
* Domestic assault and stealing were reported.
* Sexual assault was reported.
* Stealing from a building was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Theft of a firearm was reported.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 205 S. Kingshighway.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Harassment was reported.
The Department of Public Safety released the following items.
* An iPhone and Vera Bradley wristlet were reported stolen at the University Center.
