  • Jamie L. Ware, 29, 830 E. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing, a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation and failure to appear for larceny and a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear for theft.
  • Bradley S. Lucas, 41, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
  • Jason Paul Elbrecht, 35, 1433 Cousin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud.
  • Sentrell Ulon Blackmon, 21, 930 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and resisting arrest.

  • Wayne M. Flerlage, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Candice R. Sneeringer, 37, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Justin G. Gonzalez, 39, of O'Fallon, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Amanda K. Hedge, 35, of Troy, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • David L. Carpenter, 38, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation and a St. Charles County Department of Corrections warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Christopher L. Franklin, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.
  • Joshua E. Foeste, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Maurice Braxton, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
  • David L. Ivie, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Candice R. Irby, 37, of East Prairie, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
