The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Matthew K. Goza, 39, 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 409, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* William F. Beggs, 43, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law officer.

* John E. Duperier, 49, 1330 Bertling St., was arrested on an Illinois State Police warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

* Chene C. Aldridge, 28, 915 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Missouri state warrant for probation/parole violation.

* Sandy J. Betts, 58, of Miner, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for theft and probation violation.

* Hannah L. Graham, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for suspended license.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

* Isaac S. Johnson, 28, 716 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 203, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for a revoked operator's license.

* Thomas D. Buecher, 54, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 45, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

Summonses

* Gail M. Pullen, no age given, 2542 Masters Drive, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance.

* Thomas G. Drake, no age given, of Maryland Heights, Mo., was issued a summons for running a red light and operating an unlicensed vehicle.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Theft

* Theft of a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta was reported at 23 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Violation of order of court protection was reported.
