Arrests

  • Wesley Michael Hileman, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Justin Argenal, 29, 20 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Lori Ann Brown, 41, 1111 Giboney Ave., was arrested on Arnold, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations and a Union County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and drugs.
  • Benjamin Thomas Allen, 26, of High Ridge, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • Demarcus Phillip Turner, 22, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Austin Lee Marvel, 25, 1903 College St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for property damage.
  • Mark Eimule Strange, 26, 426 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, refusal to identify as a witness and obstructing government operations.
  • Samuel M. Smith Jr., 44, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

  • Jordan M. Welker, 18, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

Summonses

  • Lashonta Labelle Johnson, 24, and Derek Davonte Gill, 20, both of Cape Girardeau, were issued summonses for peace disturbance at 1005 S. Benton St.
  • Blake Jacob Pearl, 18, of East Cape Girardeau, Illinois, was issued a summons for property damage at South Fountain Street and Highway 74.
  • Chad A. Venson Jr., no age given, of Tamms, Illinois, was issued a summons for running a red light at Broadway and North West End Boulevard.
  • Joseph D. Razor Jr., 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for escaping from custody.
  • Rose M. O'Brian, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for driving an unlicensed vehicle and following too closely.
  • Dorothy L. Lowes, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for improper turn and leaving the scene.
