Arrests

* Charles Youngermann, 20, 203 Mill St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Barry N. Goins, 18, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Christopher A. Butler, 25, of St. Louis received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Wiliam C. Portell, 51, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A handbag was reported stolen in the 100 block of South Plaza Way.

* Merchandise was reported stolen at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Anthony J. Lane, 45, 400 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Merchandise was reported stolen at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Brittany N. Allen, 21, of Essex, Mo., and Chelsey Bowers, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Merchandise was reported stolen at JC Penney, 3049 Wiilliam St.

* Quentin L. Washington, 19, 360 Dearmont Circle, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at JC Penney, 3049 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A subject was taken into protective custody.
