CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Sheenia N. Davis, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A juvenile was arrested on a warrant.

* Justin S. Schicker, 23, of Arnold, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights.

* Kathryn L. Hornback, 28, 414 Koch Ave., was arrested on a warrant for a traffic violation.

* William W. Welch Jr., 29, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.

* Lauren A. Dally, 30, of Marthasville, Missouri, was arrested on a Warren County warrant for traffic offenses.

* Derrick L. McCoy, 25, of Tanner, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no operator's license and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for operating an unlicensed vehicle.

* Arkeisha L. Johnson, 29, 50 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Cory A. Heffner, 21, 2755 Lynwood Hills, No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting lawful detention and sexual misconduct.

* Brigit K. Moore, 20, 349 N. Park Ave., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of stealing health and beauty aids at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Scott C. Minner, 29, 1021 Haddock St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to distribute heroin and a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Lance D. Anderson, 23, of Florrisant, Missouri, was issued a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

* Margie L. Eakins, no age given, 1507 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for following too close.

Property damage

* Lappe Cement Finishing of Friedheim reported a window damaged at Cordelia Avenue and Independence Street

Theft

* A wallet was reported stolen on South Spanish Street.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and property damage were reported in the 300 block of Good Hope Street.

* Burglary and the theft of clothing, personal papers and luggage were reported at 704 N. Sprigg St.

* Burglary and the theft of an iPad, iPhone, digital camera and jewelry were reported at 1455 Rose St.

Miscellaneous

* Abuse of a child was reported.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

The Department of Public Safety released the following items.

* Laith H. Pride, 21, 1515 Themis St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Stephen A. Shores, 18, of Centralia, Illinois, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
