The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Raymond D. Little, 39, 2840 Hemlock Court, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no insurance. A warrant was also outstanding for probation violation.
* Valencia F. Clark, 34, 2780 Lynwood Hills Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant.
* Joseph F. Crawford, 42, address not given, was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* George T. Adams, 21, 333 N. Ellis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a warrant.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Edward L. Moore, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* A 16-year-old was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
* Leonard McAdory Jr., age not given, 514 S. Middle St., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Ahmad Jumurine, 21, of Cape Girardeau; Omar S. Dawood, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, 913 E; Wakil M. Akash, 17, 373 Henderson Ave.; and Adalee Chaffee, 19, 330 N. Henderson Ave. all received summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Stacey M. Powell, 38, 1602 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for animal city license required and animal neglect.
* Megan S. Hempstead, 25, 519 Amethyst St., received a summons for a leash-law violation, animal city license required and animal declared vicious.
* Mathew N. Kimmel, 26, 957 East Rodney Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation and failure to maintain a vicious animal.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A burglary and the theft of tools were reported at 1423 N. Missouri Ave.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 10 S. West End Blvd.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 713 Broadway.
* Damage to a mesh screen window and trespassing were reported at 2136 Kent Drive.
* Protective custody was reported.
* Prostitution and patronizing prostitution were reported.
* A 35-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
