The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of cigarettes.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Joshua A. Bell, 17, 208 Estate Drive, Lot 164, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary.
* Bonita R. Jenkins, 35, 1028 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant.
* Samantha N. King, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for shoplifting.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to signal.
* Benjamin A. Jones, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
* Candace M. Lawrence, 30, 3004 Themis St., received a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the road and no child restraint.
* Tabitha Brown, 28, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 6, received a summons for animal at large and animal city license required.
* Cindy S. Bonney, 45, 1953 Belleridge Pike, received a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Shanique D. Lincoln, 25, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons on suspicion of shoplifting, no insurance and no child restraint.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A burglary and damage to a basement door and porch window were reported at 1209 S. Sprigg St.
* Prescription drugs were reported stolen on South Kingshighway.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* The theft of animals and trespassing were reported at 540 S. Frederick St.
* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1708 Georgia St.
* An iron fence was reported stolen at 1407 N. Main St.
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported fuel stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* The theft of a quartz rock and damage to garden lights were reported at 2411 Abbey Road.
* Damage to apartment doors was reported at 2845 Themis St.
* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
