The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Orlando P. Stuckey, 17, 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Melvine C. Stuckey, 19, 804 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and resisting arrest.
* Eva M. Smith, 67, 617 Napa Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for striking a legally stopped or parked vehicle.
* Morgan A. Tate, 33, 7 N. Park Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for property damage, two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations, and was arrested for a stop-sign violation.
* Corey D. Wade, 19, 341 Country Club Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
* Brandon M. Perez, 17, 238 S. Sprigg St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlicensed vehicle.
* Brent Smith, no age given, 1421 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for operating motor vehicle in a careless manner.
* Karen Sue Lipps, 59, of Jackson was issued a summons for operating a business with no business license.
* A domestic assault and stealing were reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* Theft of money was reported at 470 S. Kingshighway.
* Theft of a credit device was reported at 1904 New Madrid St.
* Theft of medication was reported at 10 N. Middle St.
* Theft of merchandise was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Theft of a license plate was reported at Apostolic Promise Church, 750 Mount Auburn Road.
* Theft of a car stereo, cellphone, personal papers, money, televisions and assorted CDs were reported at 1005 N. Middle St.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 325 N. Pacific St.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A runaway juvenile was recovered.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Possession of cocaine and marijuana was reported.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* A missing person was reported.
