CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tammy T. Davis, 35, 114 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear and larceny.
• Monalesa Hill, 56, 823 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for DWI.
• Cassandra L. Russell, 24, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for trespassing and probation violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.
• Jamie L. Alford, 29, of West Plains, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended driver's license, failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for seat-belt violation.

Summonses

• Monica A. Morris, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation at 1432 Themis St.
• Stephen F. Trickey, 57, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for excessive weed growth at 1632 Independence St.
• Daniel T. Aguilar, 31, of Scott City was issued summonses for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon at North Main and Independence streets.

Miscellaneous

• A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 58-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Broadway and North Water Street.
