  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing and endangering the welfare of a child at 209 S. Kingshighway.
  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for assault.
  • Walter J. Williams, 43, 1223 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Dexter, Missouri, warrant for a moving traffic violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for eight counts of failure to appear.
  • Dustin A. Leimbach, 32, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation.
  • Tamara Sheree Flemon, 40, 501 Rolling Hills Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for improper registration.
  • Willie Glass, 45, of St. Louis was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for assault.
  • Terrance Earl Smith, 28, 324 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.

Summons

  • Taylor P. Barnes, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.

Thefts

  • Two complaints of shoplifting were reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
  • Children's clothing was reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Children's clothing was reported stolen at Macy's, 3049 William St.
  • A utility trailer was reported stolen at 1641 Westwood Drive.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Jayson W. Gamage, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation for nonsupport and failure to appear for possession up to 35 grams of marijuana.
  • James A. Foote, 44, of Jackson was arrested on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Larry E. Gromer Jr., 21, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
  • Bruce W. Anglin Jr., 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Dorothy D. Matlock, 36, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.
  • Teddy L. West, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Joseph T. Lucas, 51, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of domestic assault.
  • Christopher G. Boettcher, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
