CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Paul R. York, 49, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a CD and miscellaneous merchandise at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Gary W. Rainey, 33, 610 Red Bud Circle, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Dustin R. King, 34, 6953 County Road 324, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Chelsy N. Stone, 25, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violations.
- Macy K. Rinacke, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
Thefts
- A debit card, CD player and change were reported stolen at 6 Village Drive.
- A firearm was reported stolen at 1421 Parkmor Drive.
Burglary
- Burglary was reported at Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
- Car windows and tires were reported damaged at 1101 Bloomfield St.
Miscellaneous
- A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
- Request for service was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Melissa J. McFall, 49, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, displaying the plates of another vehicle and failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Christopher B. Phillips, 33, of Perkins, Missouri, was arrested on a Ballard County, Kentucky, warrant for unlawful use of slugs.
- Zachary R. Wipfler, 22, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for parole violation for burglary.
- Juan Salazar, 37, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
