The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Guadeloupe A. Esparza, 22, 3029 Mimosa St. No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, no license and failure to maintain a single lane.
* Travis W. Shavers, 29, 1436 Cousin St., was arrested for violating an ex parte order.
* Deandre Betts, 23, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested for indecent exposure.
* Justin W. Coleman, 24, homeless, was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for seat belt violation.
* Brett M. Dieffenbach, 26, 1927 N. Kingshighway No. 29, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Lynetta T. Duff, 18, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle Apt. 1, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear.
* Larry D. Stoutweeda, 35, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on Sikeston, Mo., city warrants for failure to appear and contempt of court for improper registration.
* Adrearian Q. Treadwell, 32, 45 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Renee Dean Harper, 35, 417 Marrose Ann Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Patricia Renee Anderson, 32, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Theft of a wallet and its contents was reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Theft of printer ink cartridges was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Theft of an Xbox 360 and controllers, laptop computer, Blu-ray player, television and PlayStation 3 was reported at 121 East Rodney Drive St., Apt. G4.
* Theft of clothing was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
* Theft of checks, credit-card information and a safe was reported at Just Kids, 6 Girardeau Court, Suite 101.
* A violation of order of protection was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A runaway juvenile was recovered.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court.
