DWIs

* Mark Rigdon, 41, 2641 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Largo Renee Haight, 42, 1330 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Alexander Joseph Hoffmeister, 22, 1600 New Madrid St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Rodney Lee Starr, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* George R. Beam, no age given, 3445 Glenview Drive, was arrested on a warrant.

* Trevon Demario Starnes, 18, 517 Amethyst Lane, was arrested on suspicion of walking in the street.
