DWIs

  • Beverly A. Augustine, 66, 2130 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Michael R. Webb Jr., 22, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, crossing center lane and displaying plates of another vehicle.

Arrests

  • Garmeisha D. Terry, 28, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for a probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Stephen M. McCormick, 36, of Jackson was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant.
  • Crystal R. Rodgers, 17, 2414 Sunny Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney.
  • Decarlos F. Clemons, 38, 1032 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana at 12 N. Pind Wood Lane.

Summonses

  • Aaron T. Rinda, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Robin K. King, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

  • Burglary and theft of a stereo system and a futon were reported at 832 S. Kingshighway.
  • Burglary and theft of a wallet were reported at 105 S. Ellis St.
  • Two car chargers, fishing and tackle equipment, and a scope for a rifle were reported stolen.
  • Locks were reported stolen at AAA Mini Storage, 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.
  • Two tablets were reported stolen at Menard's, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Burglary and theft of tools were reported at 615 N. Farrar Drive.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen.
  • Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A tiller attachment, auger and skid steer trailer were reported stolen at 2607 Prairie Lane.

Burglary

  • Burglary and a damaged window were reported at 2030 Broadway.

Property damage

  • A windshield was reported damaged at 1207 N. Main St.
  • The rear window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 701 N. Lorimier St.
  • The driver-side window of a vehicle was reported damaged at 105 N. Clark Ave.
  • Property damage was reported at 125 N. Clark Ave.
  • Property damage was reported at 1650 N. Kingshighway.
  • Ignition was reported damaged at 105 N. Clark Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • Animal bites were reported.
  • Forgery was reported.
  • Statutory rape was reported.
  • Animal leash-law violation was reported.
  • A firearm was found.
