Arrests

* Rashonda Clark, 29, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A juvenile was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* Marcus Dixon, 18, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Jared Thomas, 19, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Shane Okenfuss, 29, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of DWI.

* Isaac Protzel, no age given, 1711 El Rio Drive, was arrested on suspicion of DWI and striking a parked vehicle.

* Nicholas Ryan Fairbank, 27, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
