The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jillian R. Dennis, 24, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Nicole D. Phillips, 30, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Martinique C. Johnson, 35, 1856 Ferndale Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Dustin L. McAlister, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* James C. Poindexter, 19, 1205 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, possession of a defaced firearm and trespassing.

* Subject in custody pending formal charges of trespassing.

* Grant P. Behle, 42, 418 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Priscilla Bowen, 39, 503 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tiffany Henderson, 17, of Detroit was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

* Andrew J. Karnes, 18, 2243 Silver Campine Lane, received a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Forcible sodomy and domestic assault were reported.

* Assault was reported at 631 Themis St.

* Safe House Thrift Store, 230 N. Spring St., reported a burglary.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle at 74 Centennial Drive.

* Identity theft was reported at 2102 William St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 431 S. West End Blvd.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A 2011 Black Nissan Pathfinder was reported stolen at 26 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A violation of order of protection was reported.

* Mitchell S. Givens Sr., 36, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and a traffic offense.

* Damon L. Brand, 45, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and assault.

* Joshua W. Gills, 22, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and trespassing.

* Macey LeGrand, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for endangering the welfare of a child.

* Ravyn D. Reed, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Raechelle J. Sheppard, 36, of Jackson was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for fraud-insufficient funds.
