DWI

  • Karen J. Moore, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Crystal L. Dobbs, 39, 1915 Grandview Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Samuel M. Cook, 24, 555 N. Spring Drive Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while intoxicated, a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Joshua J. Jackson, 28, 2863 Whitener St., B1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
  • Jamie L. Whitney, 17, 920 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
  • Kerry H. Davis Jr., 31, 225 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Justin A. Ramos, 26, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 16, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant fr failure to appear for a traffic offense.
  • Charles E. Dodds, 31, 2857 Themis St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

Thefts

  • Stealing and property damage were reported at Boxwood and Wisteria drives.
  • Stealing was reported at 3019 Aspen Drive.
  • Shoplifting was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • The theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 3049 William St.
