The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Andrew T. Hanks, 17, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.

* Jason J. Robert, 37, 380 Teton Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Jonas C. Finley, 30, 520 N. Fountain St. , Apt. 5, was arrested on a Cape County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Christina A. Holmes, 30, 520 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Rhonda G. Kenner, 46, 520 North Fountain St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Alyssa M. Miller-Kramer, 22, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on two Arnold, Mo., warrants for failure to register vehicle.

* Aaron Robert Pollick, 33, of Metamora, Mich., was arrested on Michigan warrants for parole absconding, larceny and assault on an officer and armed robbery.

* Jason W. West, 34, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of attempting to manufacture, possession of paraphernalia and possession of ephedrine.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect is in custody pending charges of resisting and interfering with an arrest.

Summons

* Elmer Squires, 92, 529 S. Benton St., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Robbery

* Robbery, stealing, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Thefts

* Rhodes, 1642 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Hubcaps were reported stolen at 101 South Pacific St.

* A yellow scooter was reported stolen at 129 S. Lorimier St.

* An Iphone was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported damaged at 504 S. West End Blvd.

* Bi State, 612 S. Sprigg, St., reported fuel stolen.

* BiState, 40 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Forgery was reported.
