CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Carlos R. Miniel, 24, of Zalma, Missouri, was arrested at 449 S. Kingshighway on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon at West End Boulevard and Good Hope Street.

Summonses

• Justin S. Walton, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Independence Street and Clark Avenue.

Assaults

• Domestic assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and child endangerment were reported.

n Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A firearm and money were reported stolen at 1640 Westwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Interference with custody was reported.
• Request for service was reported.
