Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Terrill E. Reynolds, 33, 1445 Woodland Drive, Apt. C, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and false imprisonment.
* Rickey C. Mosley, 54, 2521 Singing Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to obey a traffic control device, driving in a careless and imprudent manner and speeding.
Arrests
* Corris R. Tabb, 25, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 26, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jerry L. Curry, 45, 316 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 11, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, interfering with an arrest and possession of marijuana.
Summonses
* Austin K. Ford, 23, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons for failing to drive on the right side of the road.
* Charles J. Morrill, 55, 840 S. Kingshighway, received a summons for failing to maintain a property free of weeds.
Assaults
* An assault and robbery were reported at Bellevue and Middle streets.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* Identity theft was reported.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St. Subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 Route K, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 502 S. Hanover St.
* An iPod and a wallet were reported stolen at 410 Kiwannis Drive.
Burglary
* A burglary and theft of currency was reported at 3019 Aspen Drive.
Property damage
* Tires were reported damaged at 433 S. Sprigg St.
* A chair, smoker, rain gutters and candle holder were reported damaged at 1818 Nieman Drive. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.
Miscellaneous
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 2114 Sherwood Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
