The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jesse J. Zimmerman, 21, 426 Bellevue St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

* Larry E. Scaggs Jr., 35, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, motorcycle helmet required and no insurance.

* Charlotte M. Wren, 34, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property not free of litter.

* Sierra Y. Evans, 23, 443 Marie St., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and failure to have license.

* Todd A. Buffington, 39, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of heroin and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Raechell N. Mitchel, no age given, of Brooklyn Center, Minn., was issued a summons for running a red light.

* Paula M. Ciarniello, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too close.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported theft of shoes.

* Theft of a laptop computer was reported at 1809 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 729 West Rodney Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.
