The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* William S. Claussen, 27, of Millersville was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* Jarvis T. Patterson, 24, 521 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay fines for a suspended operator's license and on a Butler County warrant for nonpayment of child support.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Scotty G. Barham, 30, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fines for leash requirements, no city dog license, property free of litter and animal neglect.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on a warrant arrest.

* Mitchell S. Givens Sr., 36, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while revoked and rear lights required.

* Gregory A. Monroe, 45, of Carterville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Trent D. Williams, 23, 140 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant arrest.

* Brittany P. Stewart, 17, 319 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Russell S. Jackman, 52, 38 N. Henderson Ave., received a summons for concealment of contraband.

* Kimberly D. Compton-May, 51, 604 Jefferson Ave., Apt. B, received a summons for a leash-law violation and animal declared vicious.

* Grace M. Troyer, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Timothy A. Leuckel, 54, 125 N. Clark Ave., received a summons for stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Katherine Aime, 25, 423 S. Frederick St., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Kedar E. Bland, 21, 927 Bloomfield St., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Vincent W. Spicer, 49, 1841 Vincent Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Thefts

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 2700 Pioneer Drive.

* A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1111 Linden St.

* Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Kingshighway, reported a stereo stolen.

* A Dodge pickup truck was reported stolen at 1705 N. Kingshighway.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.
