DWIs

* Christopher G. Davie, 37, 1300 Victoria Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and assault on a law enforcement officer.

Arrests

* Sonya J. Taylor, 41, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Michael E. Emerson, 40, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and on a Scott County warrant for forgery.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and trespassing.

* Heather L. Fralick, age not given, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for improper lane usage.
