The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault, resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.

* Christopher G. Davie, 37, 1300 Victoria Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and assault on a law enforcement officer.

Arrests

* Sonya J. Taylor, 41, 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Michael E. Emerson, 40, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and on a Scott County warrant for forgery.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and trespassing.

* Heather L. Fralick, age not given, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for improper lane usage.

* Stephen J. Naples II, 33, 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* William S. Claussen, 27, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 1104 William St.

* Burglary and stealing were reported at 2847 Whitener St.

* A burglary and the theft of a laptop computer, external hard drive, digital camera, firearm and safe were reported at 100 S. West End Blvd.

* A burglary and the theft of miscellaneous home wiring were reported at 915 S. Sprigg St.

* A burglary and the theft of a driver's license and money was reported at 2082 Derbyshire Lane.

Thefts

* A debit card was reported stolen at 10 West End Blvd.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A TomTom GPS device was reported stolen at 238 N. Henderson Ave.

* License plates were reported stolen at 1224 College St.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* Damage to a door was reported at 2857 Themis St.

* Damage to vehicles was reported on Sussex Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.
