The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Preston R. Hattenhauer, 18, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Dustin L. McAlister, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Misty R. McIntyre, 26, 1013 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of hindering/interfering with arrest.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing, receiving stolen property and trespassing.

* Damone K. Mosley, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Raymond M. Martin Jr., 18, 724 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.

* Nadia L. Cox, 22, 121 East Rodney Drive, C3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Michael E. Emerson, 40, 1122 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for forgery and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* Stephen J. Naples, II, 33, 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Angel L. Williams, 19, 1013 Ranney Ave., received a summons for hindering/interfering with arrest.

* Melanie A. Tipton, 40, 903 Bellevue St., No. 3, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Juan C. Salazar, 33, 132 S. Benton St., received a summons for animal leash law violation.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* A debit card was reported stolen at 2402 Masters Drive.
