The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Amber D.M. Pinkerton, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and having expired plates.
* John G. Rogers-Lebcowitz, 21, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Glenda F. Hayward, 35, 220 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Michael A. Westbrook, 49, 1227 College St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Joanna C. Creasy, 20, homeless, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Paul L. Martin, 33, 2842 Independence St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of concealment of contraband.
* Paul L. Martin, 33, 2842 Independence St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for stealing chocolate milk at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Obberiyage D. Foneska, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Brandon J. Barnett, no age given, 605 N. Sprigg St., No. 2, was issued a summons for no insurance and striking a stopped vehicle.
* Graydon D. Perkins, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Amber J. O'Connor, no age given, 711 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for improper lane change and improper registration.
* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.
* Sexual assault was reported.
* Assault, robbery and armed criminal action were reported.
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* A Yorkshire terrier was reported stolen at 485 S. Mount Auburn Road.
* Robbery was reported.
* Burglary and the theft of money were reported at 509 Bellevue St.
* The city of Cape Girardeau reported burglary and a door damaged at 1836 Cemetery Drive.
* Burglary, property damage and the theft of medication, jewelry, DVDs, games and a knife were reported at 1822 Big Bend Road.
* A glass door was reported damaged at 26 N. Spanish St.
* Vehicle paint was reported damaged at 610 Sycamore Circle.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
The Department of Public Safety released the following items.
* Traondria A. Bryant, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
* A granite Sigma Phi Epsilon sign was reported stolen at K Dorm.
