DWI

* Emily Beth Johnson, 40, 615 Lafayette Place, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Marquita A. Stringfellow, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston warrant for contempt of court.

* Natasha M. Mabane, 32, of Fort Wayne, Ind., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Ombreis D. Watson, 18, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Jason B. Hecht, 24, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Nykkya Danshell Dickson, 20, 220 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Taylor Michelle Matlock, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Edgewood Road and William Street.

* Troy David Ligons, 18, of Mount Vernon, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at Edgewood Road and William Street.

* Thomas Eugene Jackson, 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Edgewood Road and William Street.

* Three juveniles were cited for theft at JCPenney, 200 West Park Mall, 3049 William St.

* Corey Lee Snider, 26, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Jason D. McKaskle, no age give, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

* Machaela Brianna Durham, no age give, 1423 Luce St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for DWI and careless and imprudent driving at Independence Street and Kingshighway.

* Jeremy Lawrence Rouse, 28, of 1105 Linden St., No. 208, was issued a summons for DWI, possession of marijuana, striking a parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident at South West End Boulevard and Jefferson Street.

* Theft of a license plate was reported at 1816 N. Main St.

* Theft of a bicycle was reported at 1201 Ranney Ave.

* Theft of a scanner was reported at 915 Jefferson Ave.

* Theft of a television and PlayStation 3 was reported at 1010 Jefferson Ave.

* Theft of a purse was reported at 119 N. Park Ave.

* Theft of medication was reported at 101 S. Pacific St.

* Theft of a purse, laptop computer and iPod was reported at 1111 Themis St.

* Theft of license plates was reported at 286 Christine St.

* Sam's Club, 232 Shirley Drive, reported theft of liquor.

* Finish Line Oil and Lube Center, 889 N. Kingshighway, Theft of an oil change.

* Theft of a petty-cash box and money was reported at 1326 Copper Drive.

* Medicenter Pharmacy, 465 S. Mount Auburn Road, reported the theft of assorted medication.

* Theft of a 1994 Ford truck was reported at 1010 S. Ellis St.

* Douglas M. Butler, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, exceeding the posted speed limit and resisting and interfering with arrest.

Arrests

* Anthony D. Jones, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no operator's license.

* Teddy L. West, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

* Jimmy L. Cunningham, 24, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Steven L. McCormick, 27, of Jackson was arrested for driving with a revoked license and resisting and interfering with arrest.

* Lindsey R. Moore, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
