The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle and trespassing at American Motors Association, 915 Broadway.
* A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Samantha L. Bartlett, 29, of Parma, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Akita M. Richardson, 28, 647 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* Bailey L. Taylor, 25, 503 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for operating an unlicensed vehicle.
* Montez M. Baker, 35, 315 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for property damage and arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and theft.
* Yaliyah D. Giles, 18, 151 S. West End Blvd., was issued summonses for striking a legally parked vehicle, leaving the scene and tampering.
* Kevin R. Coomer, 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., and Dustin M. Williams, 31, of Delta were issued summonses for peace disturbance.
* Burglary and theft of two laptops, assorted underwear, a computer, a backpack and jewelry were reported at 300 N. Pacific St.
* Burglary and theft of a TV, gun, assorted jewelry and money were reported at 1827 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Burglary and theft of a PlayStation 3, ThinkPad, camera and purse were reported at 326 Olive St.
* Theft of a fishing rod and reel were reported at 333 N. Pacific St.
* Damage to glass on a side door was reported at 2004 New Madrid St.
* Property damage and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Capaha Bank, 380 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting of at $100 bill.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
