The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Logan S. Hennecke, 21, 1114 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.

* Kenneth E. Brown, 43, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Teresa L. Rivers, 32, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fines for false declaration, failure to appear for failure to pay fines for theft and failure to appear for trespassing, and on Clay County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check and on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

* Melinda M. Fowler, 27, 2918 Dodier St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Sylvia M. Green, 21, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to return library property.

Summonses

* Sarah N. Ward, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Natalie A. Scroggins, 34, 1015 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Floyd H. Lockhart, 36, 404 Bellevue St., was issued a summons for a nuisance brush pile.

* Melissa C. Meier, no age given, of O'Fallon, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft were reported at 1843 Lawanda Drive.

* Burglary and theft of a Weedeater, power washer, ratchet set, tool belt and assorted tools were reported at 2815 S. Sprigg St.

Thefts

* Quick and Save, 2861 Themis St., reported shoplifting.

* Theft and property damage were reported at 247 Siemers St.

Property damage

* Damage to a garage window was reported at 1707 Stoddard St.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Tampering with a vehicle was reported at 325 N. Pacific St.

* Interference with custody was reported.
