The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Jennifer Leann Presley, 28, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Barbara Jean Elshaug, 24, 825 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Debonair Jerrod Rowe, 25, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 20, was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
* Anthony Orlando Reid, 23, 632 N. Frederick St., No. 4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for speeding and improper registration.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, expired driver's license and improper registration.
* Timothy J. Brown, no age given, of Mounds, Illinois, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Jared T. Guzman, no age given, 2440 Melrose Ave., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Noah E. Santana, no age given, 2761 Sherrif Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Ryan M. Davis, no age given, 2022 Woodland Hills Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Shelby G. Wilkerson, no age given, 2427 Melrose Ave., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Jeremy Tyler Adams, 19, 122 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Cameron Nicholas Pieper, 20, 325 William St., rear, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Ashley G. Butz, no age given, 1113 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for improper backing.
* Cletus W. Greene, 32, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for false declaration.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Medication and money were reported stolen at 338 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 605 Boxwood Drive.
* Arson was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
