The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Antonio T. Mahone, 24, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Hillary G. Jackson, 61, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Bobby D. Black, 39, 313 N. Fountain St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for driving while revoked.

Summons

* Christopher W. Jenkins, 39, of Paragould, Ark., was issued a summons for open burning.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of televisions, laptop computers, iPads, an Xbox 360, a DVD player, printer, CD player, jewelry and money were reported at 2757 Lynwood Hills Drive.

* Theft of a purse was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* Theft of a check was reported at 1700 Broadway.

* Service Master, 330 State Highway H, Sikeston, Mo., reported theft of miscellaneous tools and a generator.

* Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 3049 William St.

* Theft of money was reported at 901 S. Benton St.

* Theft of money, checks and a wallet was reported at 1523 N. Spanish St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 329 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported on North Spanish Street.

* Forgery was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.
