The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Matthew Poole, 64, 4380 County Road 651, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Travis Roswell Johnson, 56, of Mound City, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Gregory Lee Johnson, 32, of Mound City, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Okwudili Edward Akarue, 46, 126 Stepping Stone Way, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Keshuna Kayquwan Oliver, 34, of Blytheville, Arkansas, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked driver's license and probation violation for suspended driver's license.

* Mark Anthony Guillin, 25, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for revoked operator's license, improper registration and no proof of insurance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Desmond L. Woods, 33, 1115 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Deja Renee Wadlow, 34, 391 Rolling Hills Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for stealing and failure to appear for no proof of insurance.

* Gene Allen Parrow, 48, 616 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* John G. Rogers-Lebcowitz, 21, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident.

Summonses

* Dominick A. Gregory, 24, Joe Henry Hill Jr., 23, and Jeremiah Rashad Hathorn, 21, all of 226 N. Ellis St., each was issued two summonses for nuisance parties.

* Nicholas Perez, no age given, 3005 Themis St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for no operator's license and failure to yield.

* Linda K. Hodges, no age given, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Brandy D. Crass, no age given, 388 Blue Willow Lane, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Brittany L. Durham, no age given, 145 Windsor Ave., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.

* Jennifer M. Niswonger, 30, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Thefts

* A watch, food and money were reported stolen at 378 N. Park Ave.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 19 N. Main St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1015 William St.

* Hair straightener, makeup and contact lenses were reported stolen at 310 Broadway.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 300 N. West End Blvd.

* Clothing and a faucet were reported stolen at 414 Koch Lane.
