The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Derek A. McAllister, 23, of Scott City received a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Brian D. Cayce, 19, 806 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.

* Jessica R. Robinson, 22, and Meghan A. Richards, 23, both of Makanda, Ill., were arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Arthur Smith Jr., 26, 2806 Independence St., Apt. 8, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a tinted window violation, failure to appear for a seat-belt violation and failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Michelle K. Burmeister, 32, 26 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for larceny and on a Wayne County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.

Summons

* Shannon P. Mungle, 49, 307 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for theft of services.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* An in-dash stereo and fuse panel cover were reported stolen at 1907 Herman St.

* Metal shelves and drawers were reported stolen at 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.

* A briefcase and calculator were reported stolen at 175 Omaka Springs.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3019 William St.

* Damage to a vehicle windshield and hood was reported at 1703 Bloomfield St.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Counterfeiting was reported.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 2715 Hawthorne Road.

* A 49-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* James A. Barker, 43, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Maci J. Upchurch, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Brady H. Cramer, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to register a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Gregg R. Anderson, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender.

* Kaytee L. Pierce, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Perry L. Julian, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle.
