CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of disturbing the peace at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Alexis A. Wicks, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon at Jefferson Avenue and South Frederick Street.

Summonses

• Katelin G. Smith, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for receiving stolen property at North Sprigg and Independence streets.
• Jennifer E. Glander, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for disturbing the peace at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Lakeshia R. Green, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage.

Assault

• Assault was reported on Village Drive.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of a television were reported at 525 S. Ellis St.

Theft

• Several items were reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 1339 Howell St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Tampering with a vehicle and trespassing were reported at 407 S. Louisiana Ave.
