DWIs

* Janet M. McDowell, 51, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Merry F. Myers, 55, 11 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Thomas D. Horne, 27, 244 N. Park Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, unlicensed vehicle and failure to maintain single lane.

* Christopher L. Gibbs, 35, 2071 County Road 635, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Tyler J. Yeargain, 22, 2913 Park West Heights, received a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.

Arrests

* Amia D. Warren, 21, 505 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.

* Christina L. Westrich, 21, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Tonya D. Adams, 20, 910 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape City warrant for probation violation.

* Elizabeth A. King, 23, 1109 S. Giboney Ave., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear.

* A juvenile, age not given, was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary and theft at 817 Broadway.

* Joshua A. Debrock, 20, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Joshua J. Irby, 21, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Adam B. Martindale, 21, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Joshua J. Witcher, 26, of Delta was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Benjamin A. Fleming, 22, 500 Louis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Ryan C. Bryant, 21, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Michael C. Avant, 25, of Mariana, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for no license.

Summonses

* Marquette D. Jackson, 17, of Charleston, Mo., received a summons for disturbance of the peace.

* Montez M. Baker, 33, 242 N. Pacific St., received a summons for trespassing and assault.

* Burglary and theft was reported at 123 N. Pacific St.

* Attempted burglary was reported at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 1004 S. Benton St.

* Theft was reported at 2136 William St.

* A Chevrolet Malibu was reported stolen at 326 S. Lorimier St. and later recovered; a laptop computer was also reported stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported alcohol stolen.

Forgery

* Forgery was reported.

Property damage

* A skylight and garage door were reported damaged at 215 S. West End Blvd.

* Property damage was reported at 24 S. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

* A 57-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
